Product mixing furnace precautions

When mixing various types of products, in order to facilitate the loading of the furnace and reduce waste products, large-size products should be installed in the lower layer, small and medium-sized products should be installed in the upper layer, and the furnace chamber must be inspected and repaired before being loaded into the product.

Ring roaster has a long production cycle

The cycle of the ring roaster has a long production cycle, including a furnace, heating, cooling, unloading, and minor repair of the furnace. 500-600h roasting is a high-energy process.

Expanding the volume of the furnace chamber

Increase the volume of the furnace chamber in order to increase production and reduce energy consumption.Some factories changed the fuel injection in the horizontal direction of the gas outlet on the upper side wall of the furnace chamber to the fire with the combustion frame and sprayed the fuel vertically downwards, which received good results.
