Preheating furnace

Our company adopts an improved preheating furnace, cancels the gas burning furnace, and uses the adjustable high-speed gas nozzle to directly generate high-temperature flame gas on the preheating furnace. After the transformation, the preheating furnace is operated under a slight positive pressure. The oxygen content in the flame gas is reduced to less than 4%, and the gas consumption per ton of product is reduced by 20%.
 
 

Asphalt melter

Our company adopts the high efficiency asphalt quick melter. The main equipment rapid melting device is a vertical cylinder. There are four rows of serpentine heating tubes inside, which are heated by heat transfer oil and forced circulation to achieve rapid melting. , speeding up the melting rate of asphalt.


 

Vacuum exhaust equipment

Ordinary vacuum exhaust systems include reciprocating vacuum pumps and water ring vacuum pumps. To further improve the impregnation vacuum, we also use a water ring-atmospheric jet pump unit and a high vacuum system to achieve high vacuum.
 

Pressurized equipment

Our company uses the most advanced asphalt pump liquid pressurization method, which uses the asphalt itself as a pressurized medium to pressurize the products in the impregnation tank. Compared with other pressurization methods, the productivity and safety of the impregnation equipment are greatly improved.

The asphalt in the impregnation tank is pressurized by compressed air, high pressure nitrogen pressure and liquid pressure of the asphalt pump. 
 

Preheating furnace

Before the 1980s, most carbon plants in China used a ground-type preheating furnace or a subterranean preheating furnace with a relatively simple structure. The heat medium is the flame gas generated after the gas is burned. Both of these preheating furnaces have the disadvantages of uneven heating temperature and high energy consumption, especially in various points in the furnace. A foreign company has designed a semi-continuous production equipment with automatic adjustment functions such as gas, air and furnace temperature. Due to the use of hot air circulation and control of heat loss, the thermal efficiency is high, which ensures that the product is heated to a specified time. The required temperature greatly reduces energy consumption.


 

Asphalt melter

The asphalt melter has two types of static melters and fast melters. The static melter is an old-fashioned melting equipment welded with steel plates. The melter can hold 50 tons of asphalt per tank, and it takes 5~7 days to fully deposit impurities such as sediment contained in the solid asphalt to the bottom of the tank. The asphalt rapid melter has a melting capacity of 4.5t per hour, far exceeding the static melter.
 

Vacuum exhaust equipment

The vacuum exhaust system includes a reciprocating vacuum pump, a water ring vacuum pump, a water ring-atmospheric jet pump unit, and a high vacuum system. The first two devices can meet the low vacuum requirements, while the latter two devices can achieve high vacuum.
 
To further improve the impregnation vacuum, we also use a water ring-atmospheric jet pump unit and a high vacuum system to achieve high vacuum.


 

Pressurized equipment

The asphalt in the impregnation tank is pressurized by compressed air, high pressure nitrogen pressure and liquid pressure of the asphalt pump. Compressed air pressurization is the simplest pressurization system, only suitable for the first impregnation of small and medium size products; high pressure nitrogen pressurization is to pressurize the product in the impregnation tank with cheap nitrogen; liquid pressurization of asphalt pump It is the most advanced pressurization method, which uses the asphalt itself as a pressurizing medium to pressurize the products in the impregnation tank, which can prevent the cooling effect of the impregnation tank due to the entry of compressed air or nitrogen (both at room temperature), and reduce the vacuum exhaust and The time to inject asphalt.
